  • Currently EZPayBD does not allow users to subscribe any biller automatically.
  • How do I change my password or update my personal information?
  • To change password and updated personal information users need to log in their EZPayBD account and from the user panel they can easily change passwords and any other personal information.
  • I have forgotten my password and/or EZPayBD Username. How do I retrieve them?
  • If you forget your password. Don’t worry you can easily reset the password by clicking the forget password option from the login page. EZPay will send you a reset link to your email and using the link you can create a new password.
  • Do I need to register to get the services?
  • Users can use any services without creating an account. But for frequent use and getting prompt support we recommend to create an account with EZPayBD.

  • If you are travelling and do not have access to any computer. Do not worry you can still use EZPayBD services through internet enabled mobile phones.

  • Currently EZPayBD is not allowing users to subscribe to any billers to pay bills automatically.
  • How do I purchase a Top-Up?
  • To purchase a Top-up users need to select the desire mobile operator from the menu bar of EZPayBD website and then just fill up the form with your desired top-up amount, payment method and other required information. You will get an instant notification if your top-up is successful.
  • When can I do a Top-Up? Are there any time and transaction limits?
  • You can use all EZPay Services at any time, 24/7. Time and transactions limits depends on the mobile operator and the local regulations by Government. You will get notifications while purchasing if there are limitations likes this.
  • How do I unsubscribe from the billers that I am subscribed to?
  • Currently EZPayBD is not allowing users to subscribe to any billers to pay bills automatically.
  • How to disable pop-up blocker?
  • If your browsers are blocking pop-up of this site, please use the browser settings to allow EZPayBD pop-ups. Usually browsers have this settings in the right side of address bar and by clicking the options there you can select allow this site for Pop-up.

  • You can pay post-paid mobiles bills and utility bills using EZPayBD.
  • How do I view my bills?
  • You can see your bills from the user account panel of EZPayBD you’ve created while using our services.
  • Can I see my actual bills online? Can I print my bills?
  • Of course you can see your actual bills online and print at any time.
  • What if I have a dispute with a biller or with a specific charge on a statement?
  • If you have a dispute with a biller orwith a specific charge on a statement, you need to contact with the card issuer, card issuing bank. If you did not receive your services, you can directly contact with us, make a live chat conversation with our support team or by creating a support ticket.
  • How soon can I view my bill after subscribing?
  • You can see your bills instantly just after using the services from EZPayBD.

  • You need to sign up or login into your existing EZPayBD account to pay your bills.
  • When can I make a payment after subscribing to the biller(s)?
  • Currently EZPayBD is not allowing users to subscribe to any billers to pay bills automatically. But in future we will add this feature.
  • How does EZPayBD actually pay my bills?
  • EZPayBD pay bills through authorized payment methods.
  • How long does it take for a bill to be paid?
  • EZPayBD has a real time payment system, the system can instantly pay the bills.
  • Will I be able to view and print my past payments?
  • Yes, you can view and print any past payments from the user panel in your account.
  • Why is my online payment not reflected in my latest bill?
  • Usually it will not happened. In case if you face any problems like this, please contact with our 24/7 support team by creating a tickets from the support page.
  • Can I make multiple Bill payments?
  • Yes, user can pay multiple bill payments.
  • Can I pay other people's bills? How?
  • Yes, you can pay other people’s bill. The process is same as you pay for yours. Simply provide the information of the bills and chooses your payment methods to pay.
  • What should I do if I did not complete the payment process at Bank's window?
  • Incase this situation appears, please start the process from the beginning.
  • I did not receive the Security Code SMS for my Internet Banking transactions. What do I do?
  • In case of this situation, please contact with bank, card issuer, card issuing banks or card acquired bank.
  • Can I make advance / excess payments?
  • EZPayBD does not allow users to make advance/excess payments.
  • How do I make a payment using a credit card?
  • You can make a payment using a credit card by simply complete a sign up or login into an existing account and providing the card information in the payment window. There is a Double deduction in my Bank Account / Credit Card Statement. What should I do? In case if you did not receive your desired service, please contact with our 24/7 support. And if there is a double deduction in your bank account/credit card statement, please contact with the bank or card issuer or card issuing bank.
  • My payment using Credit Card is unsuccessful with the reason that "You have reached the maximum amount payable to this payee corporation." What is this?
